Minster Property Management is a long-established, independent firm specialising in the management of purpose-built blocks of flats, converted houses, and private residential estates. With a primary focus on Dorset and Hampshire, our reach extends across the South Coast to include Wimborne, Christchurch, Highcliffe, Swanage, Poole, Bournemouth, Verwood, Ferndown, West Moors and Ringwood.
Minster Property Management was founded by Peter G May, a Chartered Surveyor who established our roots in Wimborne, Dorset, in 1988. Over the decades, Peter built a reputation for integrity, professional rigor, and deep local expertise across the South Coast.
Today, that legacy continues as Peter officially passes the baton to his two children, Matthew May and Stephanie Moore.
As the next generation of leadership, Matthew and Stephanie are committed to keeping the business firmly in the family. Their mission is to blend the traditional values the company was built on with a modern, proactive approach to block management. Providing advice and carry out the necessary procedure for leaseholders to allow them to assert the right to manage.
