About Minster Property

Head of Operations

Matthew joined the company in 2010. He has an HNC in Building Surveying and is a member of The Property Institution.  Matthew regularly inspects the managed developments, oversees health and safety matters, instructs works and investigates reported defects. Matt oversees all maintenance works to the developments and liaises closely with the appointed contractors and directors at the developments.  Matt is a director of Minster Property Management and spends his free time mainly on a football field coaching grassroots football teams.

MD & Consultant

Peter is a Chartered Surveyor based in Wimborne since 1988. He is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and a Member of the Institute of Residential Property Management. The practice of Peter G May undertakes residential valuations, Level 2 Home Surveys & Building Surveys.  Peter undertakes Residential Lease Extension Valuations.  Peter undertakes some commercial work for existing clients including the preparation of Schedules of Dilapidations. 

Lead Property Manager, Finance & Legal

Steph joined the company in 2021 and works as a full time property manager looking after the Minster Property Management portfolio of over 80 developments, she has successfully completed her Level 3 in Leasehold Management and is currently studying towards Level 4 which she hopes to complete in 2026. Steph deals with budgets preparations alongside the directors of the management companies, puts together the LPE1/FME1 packs, legal enquiries, taking AGM’s, reviewing accounts, and many more day-to-day tasks. Steph is also a director of Minster Property Management so has a vested interest in the wellbeing of her team and clients. In her spare times she loves the beach, paddleboarding, running and forest walks with her three children and husband.

Insurance & Transfer Operation

Jackie is one of Minster Property Managements long standing employees having worked within the administration team for over 12 years. Jackie deals with placing the insurance for our portfolio, first point of contact for LPE1/FME1 enquiries, transfer of properties and many more day-to-day jobs to keep our blocks up to the highest standard. Jackie loves playing detective when an escape of water is reported, she leans on her years of experience and dog-eared determination to get to the bottom of reported issues. In her spare time Jackie loves spending time with her 5 cats, the perfect way to relax after a day at work.

Property Manager

Victoria joined the company in 2023 as part of the administration team and has now progressed to trainee property manager having passed her Level 2 in Leasehold Management and currently working towards gaining her Level 3. She works extremely closely with Steph; you’ll see her taking AGM’s and still assisting the admin team with some day to day running of the properties. Victoria brings over 25 years of customer service experience to her role and loves the fact no day is ever the same in property management .

Property Management Administrator

Natalie joined Minster Property Management in 2025, and works as a Property Administrator. Originally from a Lettings Property Management background, Natalie brings her of knowledge of the industry and efficiency with exceptional customer service. Dealing with the day to day running of a busy office, liaising with leaseholders and contractors, providing administrative support to her colleagues, and helping the office run smoothly. Local to the area and raising her son she enjoys outdoor adventures and eating out with her family.

Accounts & Ground Rent

Sue joined the company in 2007 and has seen the company grow over the years to what it is today, a successful Managing Agent with nearly 90 blocks in its portfolio. Sue works alongside Simone in the finance team carrying out general bookkeeping duties, including paying contractors, monthly bank reconciliation, and many more day-to-day duties of the finance team. She also works extremely closely with the external accountant who produces all the accounts for the developments that we manage. In her spare time Sue loves nothing more than spending time with her family, going out long walks and finishing with a chia latte and a toasted tea cake!

Accounts and Credit Control

Simone joined the finance team in 2024 bringing with her over 15 years of corporate banking experience. She deals with all our portfolio’s general bookkeeping including paying contractors, monthly bank reconciliation and dealing with the arrear’s collections for our portfolio. In her spare time Simone creates the most amazing cakes and the team look forward to the times when we get to sample these, she also enjoys taking her two dogs for long country walks.
