Site Inspections

To ensure your development is maintained to our exacting standards, our Estates Manager conducts regular, scheduled inspection visits across our entire portfolio. These visits allow us to identify maintenance needs early and respond to leaseholder requests with speed and precision.

With an in-depth knowledge of every property we manage, our Contracts Manager provides expert oversight by:

• Directing Maintenance: Providing contractors with clear briefs and precise terms of reference to ensure works are completed correctly the first time.
• Supervising Major Projects: Offering professional on-site supervision for large-scale contracts and structural repairs.
• Quality Control: Rigorously inspecting completed jobs to verify that the standard of workmanship meets our high expectations before invoices are approved.

The Estates Manager will contact clients in advance to see if they would like to meet with him onsite whilst he undertakes his scheduled inspection. This provides an opportunity for the client to be updated and involved in any meetings with contractors to discuss current or anticipated works. This service is optional and if clients would prefer a more ‘hands off approach’ the Estates Manager will organise and attend meetings on behalf of the client.
